Biofield Tuning - is a sound therapy method that provides targeted nervous system relaxation which can alleviate a wide range of health issues. I use tuning forks to comb for disrumptions in your cellular body and biofield. These disrumptions often accumulate from physical and emotional traumas of life, zapping our energy and capacity to move forward in a healthy way. I also use forks and crystal bowls for chakra balancing. I explain the work and you will leave feeling more informed, aware of your energetic needs, with a lighter sense of being.
Bowen Therapy is offered on the comfortably clothed client. It is a specific set of moves done in a cross fiber manner to open energy to flow and allow messages to be sent along nerve pathways.
As a Bowen Therapist I facilitate body awareness. The focus is to shift and release energy, bringing you to a state of total relaxation. I have found it to be very effective for sciatica sufferers. The balancing effect on the body provides long lasting pain relief for chronic conditions and is recommend as tried and true pain relief remedy for Fibromyalgia in 10/99 issue of Prevention Magazine.
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience. Generally I incorporate 5-15 minutes of this work in my 90 minute Integrative Therapy, however, a full session may be requested.

My signature massage is a full body massage session with special attention to areas that are in need of TLC and will leave you feeling nurtured and complete. I incorporate myofascial therapy, deep tissue and Swedish as needed.
This 75/90 minute session incorporates full body massage therapy as well as other healing modalities that I may have in my tool kit. I am often guided to include energy work, Reiki, CranialSacral Therapy, acupressure and tuning forks in a session. I always check in with my clients to see what they feel aligned with and their specific needs before a session. This session will be customized for you.
